PLEASE NOTE: All 3rd party management or leasing MUST as per Nebraska Law include the company's name in the eAdvertisement. For example, CPM Realty manages 1234 Main Street for Tom Jones, the name CPM Realty MUST apprear in the eAdvertisement. Failure to provide this information will result in the ad not being posted.
How to Place Your eAdvertisements!

2. Fill in the information regarding your rental property.
3. Click on Preview Your eAdvertisement and ensure there are no errors.
4. After reviewing your eAdvertisement, Post eAdvertisement.
Once we receive your submission, your eAdvertisement will be post on the web site within 24-hours.
5. Photographs: If you would like, please email your photographs to pvoj@aol.com for posting on the web site. Ensure the address is included in the email for proper placement. If you do not email a photograph, we reserve the right to pull a photograph from the county assessors web site or take a photograph of the property by our staff.
